About the Founder...

Yes, I'm a cancer survivor! I was diagnosed with adenoid carcinoma, a rare cancer of the salivary gland in 2021. Surgery, radiation, abdominal feeding tube, changes in taste, weight loss, hair loss, etc...I've experienced all of the unpleasantries. I'm thankful to be alive today and in remission, but I've lost my mother, an aunt and other family members and friends to this dreadful disease. Although great strides have been made in treating cancer, there's much more work to be done. Ladson Brown is committed to supporting research organizations that are focused on finding a cure and alternative methods of treating cancer. Together, we can help heal lives today and for many generations to come.
